We are a locally owned and operated small business bee farm located in Lexington in the South Carolina Midlands.
We support and partner with local beekeepers as well as volunteer and are active members with Lexington County Beekeeper's Association and Mid-State Bee Keeper's Association.

What is Pure Raw Honey?
Raw honey is created by honeybees using using flower nectar. After it is made by the bees, it is harvested and extracted. It is unheated, unpasteurized, unprocessed pure honey that has no additives or preservatives. It is honey in its natural state.
Payments accepted are cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
If there are other sizes needed for events such as 2 oz. bear please let me know.

Kathy Carpineto
Beekeeper "Beek"
Kathy is a nurse by trade and has always had a passion for gardening and outdoors. She grew up on a farm that had bees and as a child she and her sisters and brothers would eat honey fresh off the comb.
Kathy enjoys beekeeping and connecting with nature. She also loves sharing her knowledge with others and you can find her volunteering her time at local schools and events.

BEE SWARMS
Bee Swarms are Common in the Spring.
"Swarming is the process by which a new honey bee colony is formed when the queen bee leaves the colony with a large group of worker bees. In the prime swarm, about 60% of the worker bees leave the original hive location with the old queen. This swarm can contain thousands to tens of thousands of bees."
